Michael Mirza brings over 35 years of experience serving a diverse clientele across the United States and the Middle East. His expertise spans taxation, assurance, and advisory services, with a focus on delivering strategic, value-driven solutions.
In his current role, Mr. Mirza serves as a consultant specializing in Private Wealth Management, Tax Planning, and Investment Advisory Services. He is also actively engaged in fractional CFO services, providing operational assessments, internal control evaluations, and comprehensive managerial and financial reporting.
Previously, Michael was a Partner at Deloitte, where he successfully led the launch of two new offices in a country where Deloitte previously had no presence. He was responsible for developing and expanding service lines including Audit & Assurance, Taxation, Financial Advisory, and Consulting.
Michael’s approach is client-centric, emphasizing long-term value creation through genuine collaboration with stakeholders. He has a particular passion for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), helping them scale, optimize operations, and plan for succession or exit strategies.

Michael has advised clients across various industries including Oil & Gas, Banking, Telecommunications, Construction, and Real Estate Development, supporting external audits and project-specific advisory engagements.
He also possesses deep expertise in U.S. corporate and individual tax planning and compliance.
